That's really what I'm trying to get at. We can't expect everyone on earth to be boiling over, nor do I even believe I'm boiling over myself. Right now the best are boiling, some are just pretty damn hot, others aren't even pushing the mercury, and unfortunately some are just downright cold. There is a level of passion for what you do that determines the temperature you and and your customers feel.

So in the end, I would say that the "average" manager cannot replicate what we've done. Being average won't crush anything. Until their passion thermometer starts to rise they have no chance regardless of who tries to help them along the way.Markhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13125690808935981723noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4687788912434276736.post-42273320693920280442009-12-30T14:03:59.643-05:002009-12-30T14:03:59.643-05:00Hey Mark, I actually read the referenced post, the...Hey Mark, I actually read the referenced post, the referenced comment and your comment over on Gary Vee's blog.

So, at first blush, I am not really sure how I feel about it. Frankly, If anyone Walks the Talk it is Gary Vee, as he was a Business first and a Social Media Marketer second. He is now in the Self Help Business, sort of.

What comes up for me for this commenter is, Shut Up and Go Do Something Worth Doing. Perhaps oversimplified, maybe, but not really.

Look, we sort of face the same issues with Apt Marketing Gone Digital, The things we yap about aren't all that tough, no special skills required, and we have all bloggged about exactly what works and what didn't.

ANY average Property Manager in the land could replicate exactly what I have done at Urbane, or any Regional Marketing Director could do what you have done at JC Hart, but they don't,

Why, because at the end of the day, They Are Afraid, which they mask by being to Busy, Overloaded, Overwhelmed and all the other BS Excuses folks use to hide behind.Eric Brownhttp://www.apartmentveteran.com/noreply@blogger.com
