The unfortunate part about social media is that it is difficult to be consistent as it is evolving everyday. Because of the constant change it can be difficult to keep up with and can be a full-time job to manage.

For the sake of your great hockey team, I hope they can make a turn around with their social media efforts. However, as long as they keep winning I'm sure the fans will stick with them. ;)Markhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13125690808935981723noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4687788912434276736.post-84244916806081123542008-12-09T23:59:00.000-05:002008-12-09T23:59:00.000-05:00That is a valid point and I give Disney lots of cr...That is a valid point and I give Disney lots of credit for that. I think a lot of organizations need change to try and get people through the doors these days. Though I usher at Sports and Entertainment venue I think consistancy is the key there.

As for the marketing dept I think they need to change things up and they are trying more things to be more interactive though I think my fav Hockey team is suffering at one point.

They created a social media outlet, a pay for service website, and they are NOT maintaining it. That is losing fans and losing the trust of them.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
